Urban Golden Hour

Urban street photography is a practice of presence and patience — being in the right place with clear eyes and a camera ready. This series was made across downtown Los Angeles and Long Beach over several months, always at the end of the day when the light cuts low through buildings and transforms ordinary street-level scenes into something more.

The editing leans into the warmth of the light while preserving the natural grit of the environments — no artificial glow, no composite skies. What you see is what was there. The series was exhibited as a limited print run at a local gallery showing in 2024.
