California Golden Coast

Shot over the course of several weeks along the Southern California coastline, this series captures the quality of light that defines the California coast at golden hour — warm, directional, and endlessly varied. Each location was scouted in advance and revisited multiple times until the conditions aligned with the vision.

The editing approach emphasized warmth and atmospheric depth without over-processing — retaining the natural color of ocean water and sky while giving the images a consistent, painterly finish. Several prints from this series have been licensed for editorial and interior design use.
